Sageland Homes by GRS Construction, Inc. is a locally owned family business. It is owned and operated by Gary and Judy Schweiger. Our reputation is built on integrity, quality, attention to detail and timeliness.
We specialize in homes ranging from $200,000.00 to custom homes and townhouses. Quality and attention to detail is our signature. When we work with you on your custom home or project, you have our full attention. We are on the job site every day checking each stage of progress. We also pride ourselves on finishing your home or project on time. That makes our customers very happy.
We like to add the little details that declare quality...rounded corners, custom cabinets, custom lighting and data packages. Our finish work and painting is the finest in the valley. These are the details that make your home stand out from every other home in the area.
We build you a home, townhouse or multi-unit complex that you will be proud to show your friends, family and customers. Hopefully, that will translate into a good recommendation for GRS Construction.
The end is a good story too. We are solidly based in the community. We will be here to take care of any problems that may arise in the first year after you or your customers are in their home, townhouse or multi-unit complex.
GRS has some good basic plans that we are known for. We are also happy to develop a plan to suit your own particular needs. We enjoy making the customer a part of the team that produces just the right home or investment property for them.
